Skoulio administrator guide
1. Access and roles
Firebase Auth and Realtime Database enforce Super Admin, Content Admin, Payment Admin, Mentor Admin and read-only Viewer access. Only Super Admin can manage administrators and platform security.
2. Catalog and pages
Use Solutions, Advisor plans, Programs, Courses, Events and Managed pages to publish Firebase-driven content. Keep the extended catalog in draft until translation, review, media and availability are approved.
3. Commerce
Orders are authoritative. Stripe webhooks manage access, renewals, failed payments, cancellations, refunds and installments. PayPal one-time purchases are fulfilled only after server capture.
4. Subscriptions
Customer subscriptions are separate from public plan definitions. Review past-due accounts, usage limits and cancellations in Customer subscriptions and Advisor members.
5. LMS
Quiz answers and assignments are graded server-side. Passing learners receive a protected PDF certificate; grades and certificates remain reviewable in Back Office.
6. Experts and B2B
Verify credentials before activating experts, settle commissions after completed bookings, and manage organization seats, invitations, cohorts and reports from the Commerce modules.
7. KPIs and operations
The overview calculates conversion, CPA, AOV, margin, ROAS, MRR, churn, ARPU/LTV, NPS, satisfaction, Guide use and escalation rate from Firebase records.
8. Production
Hourly follow-ups, 10-minute event reminders, 5-minute newsletter batches and daily encrypted backups run from VPS cron. Verify Stripe activation, backup restore checks and analytics IDs before paid acquisition.
9. Managed page copy
Use Content & Media → Managed pages to edit page text, image URLs and SEO fields while retaining the designed layout. Keep rendering mode set to native for normal pages; catalog records remain editable in their dedicated modules.
10. Analytics activation
Use Growth & Compliance → Analytics setup for GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads and Search Console public IDs. Tracking remains disabled until the production record is active and the visitor accepts cookies.
11. Safe administration
Keep API secrets in the VPS environment only, review administrator access monthly, preserve payment and audit records, and restore data only from a verified encrypted backup.
