Skoulio administrator guide
1. Access
Login with Firebase Auth using an email listed in NEXT_PUBLIC_ADMIN_EMAILS. The admin panel blocks other users.
2. Seed platform data
Use Seed all to write starter programs, courses, events, mentors, roles, integrations and settings to Firebase.
3. Manage records
Select a section, add a record, update status, delete outdated entries, or export CSV for reporting.
4. Payments and invoices
Stripe/PayPal returns and webhooks create payment records. Invoice PDFs are available from /api/invoices/{invoiceId}.
5. Courses and LMS
Courses can store modules, videos, PDFs, quizzes, assignments, certificates and access rules. Learners open /courses/{slug}/learn.
6. Leads and diagnostics
Diagnostic submissions and forms create lead records with status, source, recommended offer and notes.
7. Integrations
Configure the email/newsletter webhook provider, Calendly, WhatsApp, GA4/GTM, Meta Pixel, Stripe, PayPal and Twint through environment variables before launch.
